As the active CEO of Association Management Group (AMG), Paul Mengert has always valued making time to give back to others. One path of giving back is as a national senior faculty member for the national Community Associations Institute (CAI), and subsequently as the President of the Carolina’s Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

In addition to founding and running his own company, Paul Mengert makes an effort to educate the next generation in his industry by teaching classes about various aspects of homeowners’ associations. And because of his years of experience, his classes have been held in high enough esteem to be approved as continuing education credits by the South Carolina Department of Real Estate, North Carolina Real Estate Commission, the California Department of Real Estate, the Nevada Department of Real Estate, the Florida Bureau of Condominiums, and the Georgia Department of Real Estate.

Other paths Mengert has chosen for giving back, including contributing time and money to a number of charitable causes, as well as serving on the boards of local businesses and organizations. Most recently, in April 2020, Paul Mengert was named Chairman of the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority Board of Directors, which owns, operates and manages the Piedmont Triad International Airport in central North Carolina. He most recently served as Treasure and has been a member of the board since 2012. For more about information about PTI, please visit https://flyfrompti.com/
